INDUVIJAY PROJECTS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been running Induvijay Projects from our spot in Bariatu for a while now. It’s located over in Vikash Nagar, right there at Mukteshwar Lal’s place. Bandhgari is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside the door. Most days are just spent keeping up with the different projects we have lined up across the state. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic coming through this part of Ranchi, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We didn't want a fancy office in a glass building, so being here in a residential pocket works better for how we handle things. It's more about getting the job done than looking official. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the afternoons, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby, which makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed even when we have a mountain of paperwork. Working in construction and project management means things rarely go exactly as planned, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the logistical stuff right from this desk. It’s simple and it works for us without needing anything extra. Most of the time, we are just coordinating with people on sites or dealing with material suppliers over the phone. Being tucked away in Bandhgari gives us a quiet enough space to actually focus on the details without being right in the middle of the city chaos. It's just a normal workplace for us.
