Ican Shreehansa Infra Buildcon Private Limited has its office on the fourth floor of Block A in Krishna Enclave. This is in the North Office Para area of Doranda, Ranchi. It is a good spot because it is tucked away from the main road noise but still easy for people to find when they need us. We are a small team working on infrastructure and building projects around the city. The office has a lot of windows, and you can see the rooftops of Doranda from here. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you will probably see us hunched over a table looking at site plans or talking about the price of steel. Construction is a tough business in Jharkhand because of the weather and logistics, but we manage. We try to keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual building work. Most of our days are spent visiting sites, talking to supervisors, and making sure the supplies arrive on time. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local builders who know how to get a structure from the ground up to the roof. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a worker not showing up, but we just fix it and keep going. We have been in this office for a bit now and it feels like home.
