We are over at H/88 in the Harmu Housing Colony. It’s right near the Argora police station, which is how most people find our office. Niraj Kumar runs things here, and he’s the son of Nareshwar Prasad. Harmu is a big, well-known residential area in Ranchi, so it feels very much like a community. Our office for Heramb Realcon is tucked inside the colony. It’s a quiet place, which helps when we have to go through all the property documents and legal papers. Real estate involves a lot of reading and checking details, so we spend many hours at our desks. We don't have a big corporate setup with dozens of employees. It’s a small, local team. We know the streets of Harmu and Argora like the back of our hand. People stop by to ask about plots or house prices, and we just give them the latest information we have. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show them what is available in the market. The office is simple, with just the essentials. We drink a lot of tea and keep the files moving. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of people come in at once, but mostly it’s a steady pace. We like being in the colony because it’s close to home and we know our neighbors. It’s just a straightforward, honest way to run a real estate business.
