Henchmen Developers is a company we run out of Ranchi. If you know the area near Kathal More, we are located right behind the RJSP Cancer Hospital. The office is actually at Dropati Devi’s place in Mansarover Enclave. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is nice because the job sites can get really noisy. We do a mix of development and construction work. Ranchi is growing fast, so there’s always something that needs to be built or fixed up. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of offices; we’re just here in 835303, doing our bit. Our day usually starts early, checking on the workers and making sure we have enough cement and sand. Dropati Devi’s house serves as our home base where we handle all the boring stuff like permits and bills. It’s a real family-style operation. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do to show people who we are. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a wall needing a bit more attention than we thought. We just fix it and keep going. Being near the hospital and Kathal More means we’re easy to find if anyone needs to talk about a project. We just want to build things that stay standing for a long time. It is practical work for practical people who just want their buildings finished without any fuss.
