Grihdham Buildcon Private Limited is our business, and we are located in Dhanbad. Specifically, we have our office at Flat Number 402 in Mahaveer Tower, which is in Manoram Nagar. Amit Kumar Verma is the one who handles the day-to-day operations here. Being in Dhanbad, we deal with a lot of different construction needs, mostly for people looking to build or renovate their homes. Manoram Nagar is a decent area and having the office in a tower block makes it easy for people to drop by and talk about their plans. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches. We just have this one place where we keep our books and meet with our workers. Building stuff in a city like this means dealing with narrow streets and a lot of dust. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing slogans. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. Sometimes we have to wait for materials to arrive from outside the city, which can be a pain, but we try to plan ahead. We’ve built a few residential flats and done some commercial work too. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we like being our own bosses. We don't use high-tech software for everything; sometimes a pencil and paper work just fine. We’re just local people trying to build something lasting for other local people. It’s as simple as that.
