Our office is in Ranchi, located in the Pandra area, specifically in Naya Toli, Ambe Nagar. We are quite easy to find because we are near Vivek Bharti School. Being near a school means the mornings and afternoons are always full of life with kids and parents around. We operate out of a building in Hehal, and it’s a standard workspace for a construction company. We have a few rooms where we keep our designs, maps, and all the documents for our projects. Pandra is a growing part of Ranchi, so there is always some new infrastructure being put in. We try to stay involved with the local building needs. Our team is a mix of people who have lived in Ranchi for years. We aren’t a big corporation with thousands of employees; we are a more modest group that focuses on doing one thing at a time. The office can get a bit loud because of the street traffic, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and making sure we have enough cement and steel for the next day. It’s a lot of coordination and hard work. We don't have a polished front desk or anything like that. It’s just a place to work. We enjoy being in Ambe Nagar and seeing the city grow around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar.
