Glauben Buildcon Private Limited has its office at Flat G/01 in the Ashok Kunj building, which is part of the Rajlaxmi Compound in Ashok Nagar. This is a fairly well-known residential area in Ranchi. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to stop in without having to climb a lot of stairs. It’s a quiet office compared to the main roads of the city. We focus on various building and construction tasks across Ranchi. We don’t have a flashy showroom or a team of salespeople. It’s just us working out of a flat, surrounded by files, drawings, and samples of building materials. Ashok Nagar is a nice place to be based, as it’s central but doesn't have the same chaos as the bazar areas. We spend most of our days coordinating with site supervisors and checking on the progress of our various jobs. The work can be tough, especially when you’re dealing with the heat or the sudden rainstorms we get here in Jharkhand. We just try to stay organized and keep our word about finishing the work. We don't use fancy mission statements or corporate talk. It’s a straightforward construction business where we look at the numbers and the materials and get the work done. People who know the Rajlaxmi Compound find us easily. We are just local builders trying to do a decent job on every project we take on, day after day, without any fuss.
