Foxden Construction Private Limited is over in Sailcity, specifically in Block and Unit-E4-9B. This part of Ranchi, New Punda, has been growing a lot lately. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. We are a construction firm, and we mostly handle residential and local projects. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure everyone has what they need for the day. Some days the office is quiet and other days it is total chaos with everyone talking at once. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything. We just use our common sense and the experience we’ve picked up over the years. Working in a place like Sailcity is nice because it is a bit more organized than some other parts of town. We still face the same problems as any other builder, like rain or bad batches of cement showing up on the truck. We just deal with it. Our team is pretty close-knit. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in Jharkhand, we just want to do solid work that we can be okay with. We tell people the truth about how long a job will take, even if they don't want to hear the bad news. It’s better to be honest than to make promises we can't keep. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
