F2R CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of a house in Baragain, specifically H No 40/Z on First Mark School Road. We are right near where Laxmi Kachhap lives in Bariatu. It is a residential area, so it is pretty calm until the school traffic starts. We do construction projects around this part of town. The office is not much to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and papers. We spend our mornings checking on the crews and making sure the trucks arrived with the sand and gravel. Being in Bariatu means we know the local ground and how the weather affects the work here. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or late deliveries, but we just manage it. We are not some massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a few of us making sure the walls go up straight. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We take on various building tasks depending on what people around here need. Most of our time is spent on-site rather than behind a desk. If you walk down School Road, you might see our sign. We keep things simple. It is about the daily grind of mixing mortar and laying bricks. We do not use big words or fancy promises. We just show up and do the job as best as we can every day. It is a regular life for us here.
