We are over at HB Colony in Flat 301 of Pratik Enclave. EXCELVENTURE AND JV CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we use for our building work. It is a quiet spot compared to the main roads. We do a lot of joint venture projects, which means we work with different partners on different sites. It keeps things interesting because no two jobs are exactly the same. The office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table discussing site progress and costs.
