Endeavour Engicon Private Limited is based right on Circular Road in Ranchi. We are up on the 4th floor of the Samudra Complex. It’s a busy building in a busy part of town. Most of our days start with a look at the traffic outside before we settle into the engineering work we have on our desks. Being high up gives us a bit of a view, but we spend most of our time looking at plans and figures. Ranchi is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it all. We’ve been in the Samudra Complex for a while, and the neighbors on the other floors are all pretty friendly. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a tight group that knows how to work together. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is approaching, and other times we leave early if the weather is too nice to stay inside.
