We set up Deveshi Agro And Pharmacy Private Limited on Chesire Home Road here in Ranchi. It is a bit of a mix of things, handling both farm stuff and medical supplies, but that is just how the business ended up growing over time. Being near Sahas Bariatu Road makes it easy enough for people to find our location. We are not a massive chain or anything like that. We are just a small group of people working out of this office every day. Most of the time it is pretty quiet unless we have a big delivery coming in or going out. We deal with agricultural needs but also keep a side for pharmacy supplies because both are really important for the people living in this area. It started as a small idea among us and just turned into this company. The building itself is not much to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our stocks. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple orders arrive at the same time, but we manage to get through it. Ranchi is a busy place now, and being tucked away in this part of town suits us just fine. We do not have a big marketing team. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and head home when the day is done.
