Bhoomi Agri Farm Private Limited is located over in Katras. We set up shop at the place belonging to Late S Kumar Paul in the Paulpachgarhi area. It’s a bit of an older spot, but it works for what we need. We do a lot of agricultural work, mostly focusing on the farms around here. There are a few of us who run the daily operations. We don't have a lot of staff or any complicated systems. It’s mostly just sitting down and figuring out the planting schedules or dealing with the supplies. The office in Katras is where we keep all the records and meet up when we aren't out on the land. People in the neighborhood know the Paul family name, so it’s easy enough to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a reliable one for the local farmers. Sometimes the rain messes up our plans, or the market prices go a bit wonky, but that is just how the agri-business goes. We keep the paperwork in order as best as we can. It’s a straightforward life. No big speeches or fancy marketing here. We just show up, do the work at Bhoomi Agri Farm, and go home. If you come by Paulpachgarhi, you’ll likely see one of us drinking tea and looking over the ledgers. It's a regular local business run by people who actually live in the community. We stay busy and don't fuss over the small things.
