Shrishanti Agricon is located at Mala Niketan. We are right on the New Area T.O.P. Road in the Morabadi section of Ranchi. Morabadi is a nice part of the city, and we feel lucky to be based here. Mala Niketan is more of a home than a stiff office building, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed. We are involved in the agriculture sector, which in Jharkhand means you’re always busy with something. Whether it’s talking to local farmers or dealing with the logistics of supplies, there’s never a dull moment. The road outside can get a bit loud with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. We aren't a huge team with fancy titles. We’re just people who care about how food is grown and how the land is treated. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, especially during the planting seasons when everyone is asking questions. We have a lot of tea and spend time discussing how to navigate the challenges that come with farming in this region. The weather can be tricky, and the markets are even trickier, but we do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a grand mission statement written on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done before the sun goes down. We’ve been here for a while, and the local shops nearby are familiar faces to us now.
