Our spot is over in Chutia, right there at the House of Mohan Singh on the main road. Deepi Construction Llp has been operating out of Sai Colony for a bit now. Ranchi is a busy place, especially around the main road, so there is always noise and people moving about. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people in suits. Most of the time, you’ll find us wearing work clothes and dealing with site supervisors. The office is really just a place to keep the files and meet with the guys before we head out to whatever site we're working on. It’s a local business through and through. We handle various construction tasks, mostly focusing on getting things built the right way without taking shortcuts. Sometimes the weather in Ranchi makes things difficult, especially when the rains start and the sites turn into mud pits, but that’s just part of the reality. We deal with suppliers from around the city and try to keep things moving as fast as the budget allows. It isn't always smooth, and there are days when equipment breaks down or deliveries are late, but we handle it. Being located in Chutia makes it easy to get to different parts of the city quickly. We just stick to what we know, which is building and making sure the structures stay up. No big promises, just daily effort.
