Deep Jyoti Engicon Minetech Private Limited is based at House Number 35 in Lowadih. The area is called Lichi Bagan, and it’s a pretty decent spot in Namkum. We are right there in Ranchi, but it feels a bit more relaxed than the main market areas. Our office is just a regular house. We’ve set up some desks in the front rooms to handle the engineering and mining side of things. There are usually a few pairs of boots by the door because we spend a lot of time out at the sites. The trees in Lichi Bagan give some nice shade, which is great during the hotter months. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception desk. It’s mostly just us working through technical drawings and managing the crew. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. People in the neighborhood know us as the engicon guys. We’ve lived and worked in Ranchi for years, so we know how things move around here. It’s not a high-pressure environment inside the office, even when the work gets busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical stuff.
