You can find Dalan Developers on the second floor of the Maa Laxmi Plaza. We are at S-17, right by Sahajanand Chowk in the Harmu area of Ranchi. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always noise and people moving around outside. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are mostly looking at blueprints or checking our schedules for the week. We are a private limited company, but the team is relatively small. We work on developing different properties around the city. Ranchi has changed so much since we first started. There are new buildings going up everywhere you look these days. We try to keep things grounded and simple. There are no fancy receptions or people walking around in suits here. Most of us wear work boots and carry measuring tapes. We have been at this spot in Harmu for a while. Sahajanand Chowk is a good place for a business because almost everyone passes through it at some point. The office is just a place for us to meet and talk about our projects. Most of the real work happens out on the dirt at the building sites. We do not do much advertising. People usually hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It is just how things work in this part of town. We are just a group of people trying to build things right.
