This business is run out of House Number 517 in Raja Hattan Lane, which is over in Upper Bazar. It’s a busy part of Ranchi, specifically Bhatti Gali. Being an OPC, it’s a one-person type of operation mostly, focused on engineering, construction, and some mining tech stuff. The office is really just a part of the house under Munilal Saw’s care. It’s crowded in Upper Bazar, so getting in and out with equipment can be a real headache sometimes. I spend most of my time dealing with the technical side of things or visiting sites where the work is actually happening. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a desk, a phone, and a lot of notes about different projects. I don’t have a secretary or a marketing person to write fancy things. I just handle the jobs as they come in. Sometimes the work takes me out to the mines or construction zones, and other times I’m just here in the lane trying to get the billing sorted out.
