Chourasiya Buildcon Services (Opc)Private Limited is a small, one-person company that handles various building tasks. Morabadi is a nice part of town, and we’ve been working around here for a while. We don't have a bunch of secretaries or a shiny lobby. It’s just a desk, some files, and a lot of grit. We take on building jobs where we can oversee everything personally. This means things don’t get lost in translation like they do with big firms. We handle the labor, the materials, and the daily headaches of a construction site. Ranchi is growing fast, so there’s always a new project starting up somewhere nearby. We mostly do small to medium-sized builds. We don't use any marketing tricks to get clients. People see the buildings we’ve worked on and they give us a call. It’s a very direct way of working. We try to stay organized, but construction is messy work by nature. There’s always dust on the boots and grease on the hands. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s what we do and we’re okay with that. Being an OPC means I'm involved in every single brick that gets laid. It’s hard work but it is satisfying to see the progress when a project is finally finished and done.
