Ceelam Construction is based in Dhanbad, specifically over in the Hirapur area. We set up shop at Nilam Singh’s place near Rani Bandh. It’s a good spot because we are right in the heart of the city, which makes it easier to get to different sites. We’ve been doing this for a while, mostly sticking to construction projects within Jharkhand. Dhanbad is a tough place for building sometimes because of the ground and the heat, but we’re used to it. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s practical and filled with site plans and old tools. We have a small crew that knows what they’re doing. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. Usually, people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone told them Nilam’s team does decent work. We focus on the everyday tasks of construction, from digging foundations to finishing walls. It can be stressful when the rain hits or when supplies are late from the vendors. But that’s just part of the deal when you work in this industry. We stay busy with various civil works and try to keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks each day. Hirapur is a lively neighborhood, and we’re happy to be operating out of here. It’s just simple, honest work at the end of the day, making sure the job gets finished as promised.
