We are located at house number 2291/C-29 in the Pipertoli area of Ranchi. Most people know the spot because we’re right near St. Maria School in the New Area. Carlos Son'S Shelters Private Limited is the name on our registration, but we’re just a local family-run type of business. We focus on housing and shelter projects. It started small and we’ve just kept going from there. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups. Since we’re near the school, mornings and afternoons can be quite loud with all the kids and parents around, but it gives the place some life. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jharkhand. We just want to build things that stay standing. A lot of our time is spent talking to contractors and checking on various small sites around town. We’ve lived in Ranchi for a long time, so we know the local challenges, like getting materials through narrow streets or dealing with the weather. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have been with us for years. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and look after the details. It’s hard work, and we aren't perfect, but we try to do right by the folks who hire us. We've been at this address for quite a while now.
