BSCL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

BSCL Construction is based at Beena Bibhuti Bhawan in the Samlong area of Chutia. We are quite close to Ganesh Nursing Home in Namkum. This part of Ranchi has a mix of houses and small industries. The office is basically a few rooms where we manage our construction business. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the nursing home first to find us. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Inside, it is just us sitting around a big table talking about the day’s work. There is always a pile of blueprints somewhere. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local suppliers and making sure the trucks are on schedule. The area is usually busy with people going to the hospital or the market nearby. It gets a little chaotic sometimes, but that is just how Namkum is. We have a small team and we have known each other for a long time. It makes the work go smoother when you trust the people you are with. We don't use a lot of complicated systems, just pen and paper and some basic computer stuff. Most of the time we are out on the field anyway. When we are back at Beena Bibhuti Bhawan, it is usually to finish up the billing or have a quick meeting. It is a decent place to work.
