Our office is located in Shop Number 6, right inside the Hotel Krishna Inn complex on Ratu Road. It’s a busy spot in Ranchi, so there’s always something going on outside. We handle various global services, which mostly involves a lot of coordination and sitting at the desk handling requests. Amit Kumar Singh is the one in charge here. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our computers and the files we need to keep things running. Working on Ratu Road means we’re right in the middle of everything, which is handy for meetings but the noise can get a bit much during rush hour. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation; we just provide the services people ask for and try to do a decent job of it. Some days the internet acts up or we're waiting on a call from someone in a different time zone, but that’s just part of the routine. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign. Most people just know us as the service place in the hotel complex. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up faster than we can file it. It's just a normal day-to-day business where we try to be helpful and get the tasks finished.
