We are over at Manoranjan Enclave in Shivpuri. It’s a busy spot in Ranchi. We do a lot of building work. Mostly we deal with cement and bricks and making sure things stand up right. The office is in Flat 104. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites anyway. It’s better that way because you can see what’s happening with the walls and the foundations. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn’t helping. We started this because there was a lot of building needed around Jharkhand. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know how I like things done. We don't use big fancy words here. We just get the supplies, talk to the workers, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the trucks are late or the sand isn't the right grade, and we have to fix it. That’s just how it goes in construction. We’ve been in Ranchi for a while now and know the roads and where to get the best materials for a fair price. If you come by Shivpuri, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just a place where we get the paperwork done before heading back out to the dust and the noise. We just keep our focus on the bricks and the mortar until the building is done.
