Ayat Engicon India Private Limited

Ayat Engicon India is based out of Ranchi, but we are a bit further out in the Chakme area. You can find us at 24C, right on the Burmuchakme Road. We are very close to the Chakme Masjid, which makes us easy to spot if you are looking for Akil Ahmad’s place. It is a local operation through and through. We do engineering work and take on various construction tasks in this part of the district. The office isn't anything special, just a room where we keep our tools and papers. Working in a place like Chakme means we know everyone around here. We aren't some big firm from Delhi or Mumbai. We are just local people trying to earn a living by building things. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit into Ranchi for supplies, but we prefer staying here. The pace of life is a bit different, and we like that. We don't have a big corporate structure. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it’s fixed. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We do our best to stay busy and keep the guys employed. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes projects get delayed because of the rain or other local issues, but we always show up and get the work finished eventually. It is just how we do things here.
