Awtar City Developers Private Limited

Awtar City Developers Private Limited is a small outfit located on Harihar Singh Road in Bariyatu. We’re tucked away in Jivan Gali, right near the Shivam Apartment building. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We’ve set up our office here because it’s close to where a lot of the local development is happening. The team is just a handful of people who know how to handle property and construction work. We don't go for any of that corporate talk you see in brochures. If you come by the office, it’s just us sitting around a table getting things done. Jivan Gali can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We’ve been operating under the name Awtar City Developers Private Limited for some time now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do good work from our base in Bariyatu. The office is functional and has everything we need to keep track of our projects on Harihar Singh Road. Sometimes the days get long, but that’s just the nature of this business. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work is correct. It’s a practical setup for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
