You can find Avyansh Constructions Private Limited on the first floor of House No 2C in Kamla Nagar. Uday Kumar runs things here, along with Aprup Detta. We are tucked away in the Kokar area, specifically Karamtoli Bariyatu. It’s a decent spot in Ranchi, even if the traffic nearby can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to put buildings together. Our office is pretty simple. There are blueprints spread out on the tables and usually a few samples of tiles or pipes lying around. We spend a lot of time traveling between Kokar and various sites across Jharkhand. It is hard work and the days are long, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. Most of our clients come to us because they know Uday or they’ve seen our work around Kamla Nagar. We don't really do the whole social media thing or put out glossy brochures. We just talk to people face to face. If you need to find us, look for the house in Karamtoli Bariyatu with the sign on the first floor. We are usually there early in the morning before we head out to the sites. It’s a practical business for practical people. We make sure the roofs don't leak and the walls are solid. That is all there is to it.
