Atlaaya Buildwell Private Limited

Atlaaya Buildwell Private Limited is based in the basement of the Panchratna Complex. We are down in B3, right on Jagdamba Sahay Lane here in Ranchi. Working from a basement means it’s a bit cool even when the weather is boiling outside, which is nice. We spend most of our time out at different sites though. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day. Construction is messy and loud, and that is what we are used to. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know how to build. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. People just know where our office is in the complex. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the lane with all the cars and bikes, but we make do. We’ve been handling building projects for a while now. It’s about showing up on time and doing what you said you would do. There are always problems that pop up, like a delivery being short or a tool breaking, but we just fix it. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things. It's a practical business for practical people. If you drop by, you might find us drinking tea and looking over some site photos. That’s just our daily routine. Every day there is a new challenge with a project, but we just handle it.
