We operate out of Jora Talab, right at Smt. Sunita Devi’s place. It’s a local spot and everyone around here knows the Pandey family. Ashutosh Maharudra Construction is what we call the business, but mostly it's just us working on local building projects. We do the kind of work that needs to be done around the neighborhood. It could be fixing a roof or putting up a small structure. We don't have a big corporate team, it's just a few of us who know our way around a construction site. Ranchi can be a tough place to get supplies sometimes, but we’ve got our sources. We started this because there was a need for someone reliable nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jharkhand. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes things get dusty and messy, but that's construction for you. We keep our tools at the Jora Talab address. If we're not there, we're out at a site somewhere nearby. It's a quiet area mostly, until we start the machines up. We take pride in just getting the job finished without too much fuss. It's basic work, but it's what we know. We don't have a fancy website or brochures. We just talk to people. Most of our jobs come from folks who saw us working on another house down the road. It keeps us moving from one month to the next.
