Aruska Builders Private Limited is located in Mahua Toli Basti in the Namkum area of Ranchi. Our office is actually at the residence of Rakesh Kumar Rattan. It is a very local setup. There are no big signs or glass windows. You just walk into the basti and ask for Rakesh. We like being part of the community here. The streets are narrow and you can often hear the sound of neighbors talking and kids playing right outside the door. We have a couple of desks set up in a front room. It’s a bit cramped when we have all our tools and measuring tapes lying around. We don't use any fancy software for our work. Most of it is done with good old-fashioned sketches and handwritten notes. Namkum is a bit quieter than the center of Ranchi, which we prefer. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who need a wall built or a new room added to their house. We know the local suppliers, so we can usually get a good price on bricks and sand. Sometimes the supply is short and we have to wait a few days, but that's just how it goes. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the customer is happy with the result. It’s a simple life and it keeps us grounded in what we do.
