You can find us at SAIL City in the New Pundag area. We are on the ground floor of the A 4-8G block. Ashok Kumar is the one who handles things here. This part of Ranchi is growing fast, so there is always a lot of infrastructure work to be done. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on the heavy machinery. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the records and meet with the foremen. We don't spend much on decorations. We’d rather put that into the equipment. The roads around here can get muddy during the rains, which makes moving the big trucks a real headache. We deal with roads, drains, and the big stuff that most people don't think about until it breaks. It’s not glamorous, and you end up with a lot of dirt on your shoes by the end of the day. We have a few regular guys who handle the labor, and they are good workers. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we are busy on a project. We just take it one day at a time. If a pipe leaks or a wall needs reinforcing, we go and take care of it. Being in Pundag is good because we are close to the newer developments. We’ve been doing this for a while and just like to get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
