AMSLAND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based over at Shilakh Devi’s place. She is the wife of Ramchandra Sahu. We are located in Mahavir Nagar, which is quite close to the old Argora Purana Chowk in Ranchi. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around here. We’ve been running the business from this house for a good while. It isn't a corporate office building or anything like that. It’s just a home where we do our work. We do various building jobs in the local area. Most days we are out on-site getting our hands dirty. We come back here to handle the paperwork and talk to clients. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops. Being near Argora Purana Chowk means we can get anywhere in the city pretty fast. We don't have a big marketing team. We just rely on word of mouth. People know where to find us. We've got some regular staff who have been with us for years. We handle the materials and planning from this address. It works for us. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a downtown office. We just focus on the building work. That is what we know best. It’s just us, working out of Mahavir Nagar every day. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually take our breaks.
