Aks Nirman Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Old A.G. Colony, right behind the Hanuman Mandir in Kadru. If you know Ranchi, you know this area can get a bit crowded, but our spot is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Aks Nirman was started because there was a lot of building work happening and we figured we could do it too. We don't have a massive team with fancy titles. It's just a few of us making sure the construction work stays on track. Most of our mornings start with a quick visit to the temple next door before we get into the paperwork. The house number is 113, and it's easy to find if you look for the temple. We handle a lot of the local building needs. It’s not always easy dealing with the logistics in Jharkhand, especially when supplies get delayed by some strike or bad weather, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to build decent structures for people around Ranchi. The colony has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen many houses come up. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project. Sometimes we sit out back and talk about how the city is expanding so fast. It’s practical work. No big speeches or polished presentations here. If someone wants a house planned, they come by, we have some water, and we figure out the details.
