Our place is pretty easy to find since we are right near the Samanto petrol pump here in Barhi. It’s House Number 01, so we’re right at the start of the lane. Being in Hazaribagh means we see a lot of traffic passing through, and we’ve been part of the local scene for a bit now. AKP Engicon is basically just us doing construction work day in and day out. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time out in the sun or dealing with rain that stops everything. When you run a construction business in a place like Barhi, you get to know everyone. The guys at the petrol pump see our trucks every morning. We handle the usual building projects that come up around here. It's a lot of juggling schedules and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a worker gets sick, but we just figure it out. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just work. Most of our days start early and end late. It’s a decent living and we like being our own bosses. If you walk past House Number 01, you’ll probably see us sitting out front or loading up gear. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff that lasts for our neighbors in Hazaribagh.
