Our office is tucked away in Bariatu, right near the Jama Masjid in Ranchi. Most people know the landmark, so finding us isn't too hard. The space is officially under Mohammad Nazibullah's name. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of life, and you can always hear the activity from the street coming through the windows. We handle things for Ak Aashiyana, mostly focusing on local property and housing needs. The office isn't anything like those big corporate places you see in the movies. We have basic furniture, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We spend a lot of our morning drinking tea and going over the day's tasks. Ranchi is growing so fast, and Bariatu is right in the middle of that growth. It gets pretty dusty when construction starts nearby, but we just keep the doors closed and keep working. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk here. If someone wants to talk about a house, they just come in and sit down. We know the people in this part of town and they know us. It’s a practical way to do business. We focus on the local area because that’s where we live and work too. It’s just us, doing our bit in the city, making sure the paperwork gets done and people find what they need.
