Agrobiz Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started Agrobiz Farmers Producer Company Limited right here in Sadma Khurd. It is a small place in Petarwar. Most of us are just neighbors from the same area. Arvind Kumar’s house, number 81, is where we handle the paperwork and meetings. Working in Bokaro means we deal with the local weather and the soil every day. It isn't fancy at all. We just wanted a way for the farmers around here to get things done together instead of trying to do everything alone. Sometimes it is hard to get everyone on the same page, but we manage. We are not a big office with suits. It is mostly just sitting around and talking about what needs planting or how the harvest is looking this year. Being in Jharkhand, we have our own way of doing things. The village life is quiet, but there is always work to do in the fields. We do not have a big website or a call center. If someone needs us, they usually just walk over to the house. It has been a learning process for all of us here. Some days are better than others. We try to keep things simple because that is what works for us. We just focus on the crops and making sure the people in the producer company have what they need to keep going. It is just how we live and work in this part of Bokaro.
