We operate out of Kandu Mohalla, specifically Ward No 20 in Daltonganj. The office is located at Kamla Devi’s place, who was the wife of the late Ajeet Mohan Lal. It is a familiar spot for many people around Palamu. We started this engineering and construction business to handle local jobs that needed a steady hand. Things in Daltonganj can be a bit slow-moving sometimes, but we keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. Our team is small, mostly made up of people who grew up around here. We do not have fancy brochures or a high-tech lobby. It is mostly just a few desks, some blueprints, and a lot of boots covered in dust. Dealing with the heat in Jharkhand is always a challenge, but you get used to it after a while. We do what we can to keep projects moving along. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are nearing a deadline. We just want to do the work and go home. There is not much more to it than that. People know they can come by the ward and find us if they have a question about a build. We have been a part of this neighborhood for a long time, and we plan on staying here for a lot longer.
