Adavya Constructions Private Limited

Our office is set up in the Sarv Mangla Apartment over in Sukhdeo Nagar. It is right off Ratu Road in Ranchi. Prabha Singh is the one who handles the main things here. We are a small construction team and we mostly focus on work within the city. Ranchi is growing so fast that there is always something to fix or build. We do not have a big storefront or anything. We just work out of the apartment and spend most of our time at the actual sites. Ratu Road is always crowded, so getting materials in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We try to keep our heads down and just do the work. We are not into fancy advertising. Most of our jobs come from people who know us or have seen our work around Sukhdeo Nagar. We have had our share of problems, like everyone else. Sometimes the cement does not show up on time or the labor gets short-handed, but we make it work. We are just regular people trying to earn a living in the building trade. We do not promise anything impossible. We just say we will build it and we do our best to get it done. It is a noisy city, and construction is a noisy job, so we fit right in. We have been here at this address for a bit now and we know the neighborhood well. It is home for us.
