Accord Hotel

We are right here at Patel Chowk on Station Road in Ranchi. It’s pretty easy to find if you are coming from the Old Bus Stand or if you know where the Mahindra Showroom is. The hotel has been here for a good while now, and we see all sorts of people coming through the doors because of the train station being so close. Most folks are just looking for a place to put their bags down and rest for a bit after a long journey. We keep things simple here and don't try to be anything we aren't. The lobby is usually busy with people checking in or asking about bus timings. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic on Station Road, but that is just how it is in this part of Ranchi. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years and they know the regulars by name. Sometimes the lift acts up or the water takes a minute to get hot, but we fix things as fast as we can. It’s a practical place to stay if you need to be near the transport hubs. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that, just rooms and a place to sleep. My brother and I take turns at the desk mostly. We just try to keep the floors clean and make sure everyone has a key to their room without waiting too long in the heat.
