ABHA ENGICON PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Ranchi, specifically near Netaji Nagar in Makchund Toli. We operate out of Pankaj Kumar’s place. Being near the G.P.O. area means we are right in the heart of things, which makes it easier to get documents filed and meet with people. Ranchi is a fast-paced city these days, but we try to keep our business dealings straightforward. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just us and a few workers handling the day-to-day engineering and construction tasks. We’ve been at this for a bit, learning as we go and figuring out the best ways to get things done in the city. Some days it’s just about managing the logistics of getting materials through the city streets. Other days we are stuck inside doing the technical drawings and math. We like being in Makchund Toli because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually know each other. It’s not like those big industrial parks on the edge of town. We take pride in just being a local firm that people can talk to without any hassle. If a project comes up, we sit down, look at the costs, and see if we can make it work. There aren't any fancy speeches or promises, just a look at the plans and a talk about when we can start the work.
