Aashiyana Homes And Developers Llp is located at 1003 in Oraon Basti, over in the Hesag area. It is a bit of a local spot, away from the main commercial centers. We’ve set up our office here because it’s where we feel at home. It’s not a fancy building with glass walls. Instead, it’s a practical space where we can sit down and figure out our development projects. We spend a lot of time looking over maps and talking to the people who work with us. Being in Oraon Basti gives us a real sense of the community we are building in. Hesag is a place where things are always changing, and we are part of that process. Our day-to-day is pretty routine. We open up the office, check our messages, and then most of the time is spent out looking at land or checking on progress at a site. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. The desks are often covered in coffee cups and notes from the field. We like the directness of our work. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We are just developers who live and work in the same neighborhood where we build. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if there’s a lot to catch up on.
