The office itself is pretty functional. We have our files, some chairs for visitors, and a map of the area on the wall. It’s not some high-end showroom. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with managing properties. Sometimes the road outside gets really loud with all the trucks going towards Tata, but we are used to it by now. Being in Namkum gives us a bit more space than being right in the city center. We’ve got a small team and we just try to keep things moving. Most days are spent checking on boundaries or talking to people about local real estate. It’s straightforward work and we like being on this side of town. There is always a lot to keep track of.
