Our office is right on Ramgarh Road at R1, which is usually a busy spot with all the trucks and tractors passing by. Shreshthtam Swarnanagari Krishak Producer Company Limited is basically just a group of us who grew up around here and know the soil well. We spent a long time thinking about how to work together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. It is not a fancy setup. We don't have any big speeches to give. We are just here every day trying to keep things moving for the families in this part of the country. It is practical work for practical people, and that is enough for us.
