Being in Thelichathanallur puts us right in the heart of the Ramanathapuram district. It is an industrial area, so there is always some noise from trucks and other businesses nearby. We have been here in Tamil Nadu for a long time, focusing on the international side of the agro business. It is mostly about the logistics, making sure things get from the farms to where they need to go without any big delays. The office is very basic, just a place for us to keep our files and sit down while we sort out the weekly schedules. We do not do the corporate thing with long meetings or fancy slides. We just talk to the people who are moving the goods and get things sorted out. Ramanathapuram can get quite hot and dusty, especially in the industrial estate, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It is a hardworking part of the state and we fit right in.
