Weldor Engineering Pvt Ltd is right on Dhebarbhai Road (South), and if you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the industrial traffic and people moving around. It’s a noisy spot, but that’s just how things are here. We spend most of our time in the workshop or at the back handling whatever comes in for the day. The building isn't brand new or anything, it has its scratches and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we all just have our own rhythm. The heat gets a bit much in the summer months, especially with the machines running, but we usually grab some cold water or tea from the stall just down the road. It’s an honest place to work. We don’t have fancy reception areas or people in suits walking around. Usually, it's just someone in overalls with grease on their hands. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and make sure the stuff going out is right. Sometimes the South part of the road gets jammed up with trucks, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. It’s just a normal engineering shop where things get made and problems get fixed without much fuss or bother at all.
