You can find us at R. M. Engineering over on Gondal Road in Rajkot. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 83 in the Maruti Industrial Area. It’s right behind the Octroi Naka and next to Ashish Engineering. Rajkot is a big hub for this kind of work, and Maruti Ind. Area is always humming with activity. Our shop is a typical Rajkot engineering unit. It’s full of lathes, drill presses, and the general clutter of a working machine shop. We have the usual 360004 pin code for this part of Gujarat. The street outside is often narrow and full of parked scooters and delivery vans. Inside, we are usually covered in a bit of grease by the end of the day. We don’t have any polished marketing people or a fancy website. We just have our machines and the knowledge of how to use them. People from around the area know us and stop by to drop off parts or ask for a quick fix. We spend a lot of time measuring things with calipers and making sure the threads are right. The heat in Gujarat can be a lot in the summer, so we have big fans blowing to keep the air moving while we work. It’s a straightforward life. We open up early, get the machines warmed up, and work until it’s time to head home. It’s been our routine for years and we like the rhythm of it.
