Protex Ceramic

Protex Ceramic is located at Survey No. 131/P4 on the 8-A National Highway. It’s a bit of a dry, dusty stretch of road, but it’s where all the action is for our industry. We have a fair amount of space here, which is good because tiles take up a lot of room. We don't have a fancy entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. Most people just walk straight into the loading area or the small office we have at the front. We’ve been working here for a while now, and the routine doesn't change much. We wake up, open the gates, and start checking what needs to go out that day. The highway is always humming with noise, which you stop noticing after the first week. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to homeowners just looking for a few boxes to fix a porch. We don’t use those corporate scripts when we talk to folks. If we have a certain style in stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we tell you that too. There’s no point in wasting anyone’s time. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog with the trucks, especially when the weather is bad, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just us and the tiles, day in and day out. We like the honesty of the work and the fact that we can see what we’ve done at the end of every shift.
