Surani Vitrified

Surani Vitrified is located out at Bhayati Jambudiya, right along the 8-A National Highway. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the space is. We have a large area for the vitrified tiles we handle. The wind blows across the highway and carries a lot of red dirt into the yard. We spend a good chunk of time just sweeping it out. Our office is a small room with a few chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us making sure the production stays on track. People stop their trucks here to load up before heading back onto the highway. It’s a loud place because of the machinery and the traffic. We don't use any slick sales talk. If someone wants tiles, we show them what’s available in the stacks. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside until it comes back. It's a slow pace in some ways, but busy in others. We’ve got a rhythm here that works for us. We aren't fancy people. We wear clothes that can get dirty because they always do. It’s just a plain business on a busy road. We do our best to stay on top of the orders, even when things get a little hectic during the peak season.
