Manmohan Marble

Manmohan Marble is located at Mohan Park on the Madhapar Jamnagar Road. We have piles of stone and marble slabs all over the yard. It's a heavy business, lots of lifting and moving stuff around with the cranes. People come here when they are building a house or fixing up a floor. We get all kinds of marble from different places. The dust from cutting the stone gets on everything, so we're always hosing things down. It’s a big open space because these slabs take up a lot of room. Jamnagar Road is usually busy with trucks, so getting deliveries in and out is always a bit of a project. We don't have a fancy office, just a small desk where we keep the invoices and the samples. Most customers like to walk through the stacks and touch the stone themselves to see the patterns. It's more of an outdoor job than an indoor one. We spend most of our time out in the sun showing people what’s available. Some of the pieces are very heavy and require a lot of care so they don't crack. We’ve been in Mohan Park for a good while. It's a practical business where you get your hands dirty every day. There’s no secret to it, just keeping the stock organized and helping people find the right slab for their project. We handle the loading and unloading right here at the yard for anyone who stops by and needs some stone.
