We operate out of Radhey No. 4 in the Poonam Society. It’s right across from the Patel Boarding in the Mavdi Plot area, just near the 150 Feet Ring Road. Chem & Cera Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for some time now. The Ring Road is always moving with cars and trucks, but our little corner in the society is a bit quieter. We handle a mix of chemicals and ceramic materials, so the office and warehouse space are usually pretty full of drums and bags. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of decorations or fancy carpets. It’s all about the work here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest shipments that come in from the suppliers. The Mavdi Plot area is quite industrial, so we fit right in with the other businesses around us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we manage to sort it out. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s just a dedicated team doing the daily grind. The building is a standard setup, nothing too modern, but it works for what we need. We’ve been part of this neighborhood long enough that the local tea stall owner knows our order by heart. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We just focus on getting the materials to where they need to go and keeping our daily records straight.
